About the event

This fast-paced seminar will be led by Russell Taber of Riley, Warnock & Jacobson PLC in Nashville, Tennessee.  Mr. Taber is the author Electronic Discovery in Tennessee: Rules, Case Law and Distinctions  and adjunct professor of e-discovery at Nashville School of Law.  Mr. Taber will then be joined by Tyrone J. Paylor from the Office of the Federal Defender for the Western District of Tennessee and Barry McWhirter of the McWhirter Law Firm, PLLC in Memphis for a panel discussion.  Topics will include practical e-discovery considerations and tips, issues to address in Rule 16 and 26(f) conferences, and the Western District of Tennessee’s default e-discovery standards. Free for FBA Members, Judicial Law Clerks, CJA Panel Members, and Government Attorneys.  $10 for all other attendees.
